Disclaimer: If you sign up for a class, but need to cancel, you must cancel 4 hours prior to class time to avoid a $15 late cancellation fee. We suggest pre-registration for all classes, which you can do on this page or on the Mindbody app. This is also where you can cancel your class reservation, as long as it is before 4 hours to class start time, to avoid a $15 late cancel fee.

Class Styles

Whether you're grounding in Hatha, flowing through Vinyasa, relaxing in the Sauna, or releasing with Yin, each class is designed to align body, mind, and spirit. 

Our classes are accessible to all levels and guided by heart-forward, experienced instructors.

Wellness Open Hour

60 Minutes of Sauna, Cold Plunge, & Red Light Therapy

How it works

Open Hour sessions include unlimited access to sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy for 60 minutes. Simply find the perfect time, book it, check in at the front desk, and enjoy! 

what to bring

Small sauna towels are provided. Bring your own towel, swim wear, and water bottle. Towel rental and electrolytes are available at the front desk

MOST ACTIVE

For building heat, strength, and flow.

Vinyasa

Intermediate level. A dynamic, breath-to-movement practice featuring sequences, chaturangas, arm balances, and deeper postures.

Vinyasa & Cold Plunge

Class features a 45 minute Vinyasa class followed by an opportunity to plunge. Please bring your own towel, swimwear, flip flops, and clothing to change into!

SLOW + STEADY

For building strength, stability, and awareness.

Slow Flow

All levels welcome. A slower-paced vinyasa class that emphasizes alignment and intentional movement. Expect breath-led flow with a grounded, steady pace.

Hatha

A foundational practice focused on traditional postures held for several breaths. Perfect for cultivating balance, stability, and full-body awareness.

MOST PASSIVE

For slowing down, grounding, and healing.

Restorative Yoga

Beginner-friendly. Uses props like blankets and bolsters to support full-body relaxation and nervous system reset. A calm, floor-based experience.

Yin Yoga

Slow, deep, and meditative. Long-held seated and reclined poses target fascia and connective tissues—perfect for balancing an active lifestyle.

SPECIALTY EXPERIENCES

Enhance your practice with energy, sound, and live connection.

Sound Healing

Open to all. Use vibration and frequency to shift into a deep state of rest and energetic alignment. Instruments include crystal bowls and gongs

Live Music

A beautiful sensory experience. Move through your flow to live acoustic music or meditative soundscapes by talented local artists.

Breathwork & Cold Plunge

A guided holotropic breath session that expands awareness and supports emotional release followed by an opportunity to plunge. Please bring your own towel, swimwear, flip flops, and clothing to change into!
