A high-end, large-capacity traditional sauna designed for real transformation—relieve stress, boost immunity, and relax deeply in just 15 minutes. Our sauna uses dry heat, generated by heated stones, to raise the temperature anywhere between 175–195°F.
Sit, breathe, and stay present. We offer 3 cold plunges – 2 set between 40–45° and 1 set between 50–55°. Cleaned daily for optimal hygiene.
