TERMINATIONS

• Monthly Memberships
  • There is no minimum duration of this membership, you are free to terminate at any time with 14 days notice prior to your next auto-renewal date using the link to the form below. Verbal or written requests will not be processed. To terminate your membership you must fill out the termination form below.
• Annual Memberships
  • Annual Memberships are not able to be prematurely terminated.

SUSPENSIONS

• Monthly Memberships
  • Members are allowed 2 membership suspensions per year, up to 2 months per contract year and they can only be taken in 1 month increments. In order to suspend your membership, you must submit a suspension form 14 days prior to your auto-renewal date using the link below. Verbal or written suspension requests will not be processed.
• Annual Memberships
  • Yearly Yoga & Wellness Memberships are not able to be suspended.
