Yoga And/Or Wellness Memberships FAQs

Can these memberships be used for both Yoga and Wellness?

• Yes! These memberships can be used for yoga classes and wellness open hour sessions. Separate booking is required, and if you are attending a wellness open hour after a yoga class, it is required that you check-in at the front desk after class and before heading to the wellness space. 

Can the And/Or Memberships be used for just yoga, not wellness (or vise-versa)? 

• Yes! We call these our And/Or Memberships because you can use them for Yoga AND wellness, or Yoga OR Wellness. Plus, you choose the ratio in which you use your visits. 
  • For example, if you're a Rise 8 member, you have a total of 8 visits per month to use across wellness and/or yoga in any ratio and frequency that you’d like. 

I currently have a membership, but I want to switch to an And/Or Membership option, how do I do that? 

• Step 1: Purchase one of our And/Or Memberships here 
• Step 2: Fill out our membership termination form so we know to cancel your other membership to ensure you are not double charged! 

If I don’t use all visits in my membership, will the credits rollover?

• Unlimited And/Or membership:
  • The Unlimited And/Or Membership does not rollover.
• Root 4, Rise 8, and Bloom 16 memberships:
  • Yes! As long as you remain an active Riffs member on a monthly plan, we'll rollover visits equalling up to 1 month of unused visits that you've purchased. You can hold up to 2x the total number of visits in your membership on your account at one time.
    • Bloom 16 Membership: Holds a Total of 32 Visits
    • Rise 8 Membership: Holds a Total of 16 Visits
    • Root 4 Membership: Holds a Total of 8 Visits
• If you cancel your membership, all visits expire on the last day of your billing cycle.
• If you downgrade your membership, the number of total visits you can rollover lowers to the new membership amount. 

What is a ‘Visit’?

• 1 visit equals 1 yoga class or 1 wellness session. 
  • Example: You attend a yoga class and then attend the wellness open hour after. class. This is 2 visits from your account.

Do visits have to be split equally between wellness and yoga?

• No! You can attend yoga classes or wellness sessions in any ratio you would like.
  • For example, if you have the Rise 8 membership, you have a total of 8 monthly visits to use in any way you choose. You can, for example, attend 6 yoga classes and 2 wellness sessions in one month.

Can I share visits with friends or family?

• Unlimited And/Or Membership:
  • If you pay monthly, your membership includes 1 buddy pass per month for you to bring a friend or family member. Buddy passes do not rollover.
  • If you pay yearly, your account automatically has 12 buddy passes added up front for you to use for friends and family members as you wish.
• Root 4, Rise 8, and Bloom 16 Memberships:
  • Yes! You are welcome to share your visits with friends or family members. If using our website, you can sign yourself up twice for class and we’ll take care of the rest for you in-studio. 
  • For example, if you have the Rise 8 Membership (8 total visits per month) and you want to bring a friend, you sign up for 2 spots in class: one for you and one for your friend. After, you'll have 6 classes left in your monthly membership!

Are yoga classes or wellness sessions cancelled when it rains?

• If it is raining heavily and/or the deck is slippery and wet, we will cancel yoga classes and inform all students via text and email. If you are signed up for a yoga class and it gets cancelled because of the rain, that class will be credited back to your account and you will not be charged any cancellation fees. 
• If it is raining very lightly or drizzling, yoga classes may not be cancelled. 
• All Wellness Open Hours will operate as normal, even in heavy rainfall. The only times that Wellness Open Hours would be closed for weather reasons is if there are any kind of severe weather alerts that would cause safety concerns for our clients and staff.

Are yoga classes cancelled when it rains?

If you are signed up for a yoga class and it gets cancelled because of the rain, that class will be credited back to your account and you will not be charged any cancellation fees.

Wellness Focus Unlimited Membership FAQs

Are wellness sessions ever canceled due to weather events?

• All Wellness Open Hour sessions will operate as normal with light to heavy rainfall. Wellness sessions will be occasionally closed, or run at a reduced capacity for the purpose of maintenance on the space or machines, or in the case of severe weather alerts.

Can I share my membership with friends or family?

• If you pay monthly, your membership receives 1 buddy pass per month for you to share with a friend or family member.
• If you pay yearly, your account automatically has 12 buddy passes added up front for you to use for friends and family members as you wish.

Can the Yoga Focus Unlimited Membership be used for both Yoga and Wellness?

• This membership only includes access to Wellness Open Hour sessions.

How many wellness sessions am I allowed to attend in one day?

• For safety and capacity, we only allow members to attend 1 wellness open hour per day.

What do I need to bring to a wellness Open Hour?

• Riffs will provide you with 1 complimentary small towel to sit on in the sauna. Full size towels can be rented for $4. 
• We recommend bringing:
  • A full size towel
  • A water bottle
  • Swimwear
  • Loose-fitting clothing to change into after your session
  • Optional: Electrolyte drink mix (Also available at the front desk for $2.99)
