Jenna-Leigh is a certified 500 hour yoga teacher and has been teaching for the past 7 years. She specializes in alignment based vinyasa and focuses on keeping the body strong, healthy, and anatomically supported through each flow. With her experience training and teaching around the world, Jenna-Leigh brings a global perspective to her yoga classes.Yoga has been instrumental in her life, beginning in 2012 when she first used it as a form of recovery as a multi-sport athlete. Since then is has blossomed into an essential part of her lifestyle - cultivating body awareness and a healthy state of mind.   • This is an intermediate class and yoga experience is recommended.

    Vinyasa is an active practice that includes postures to create heat, build strength and flexibility. Advanced postures may be offered, though the class remains accessible to most who have some experience with yoga. This class incorporates binds, arm balances, and backbends and will include breath-to-movement sequences.

    The vibrations of the instruments harmonize with the vibrations of the physical, emotional, and energetic body, releasing dis-harmony and promoting stress-reduction and deeper relaxation.
