Kaitlyn Snyder
Kaitlyn Snyder is a yoga instructor who seeks to create a mindful space for students to explore their practice and connect with themselves. Her personal interests include slacklining, baking, spending time with the people she loves, and anything outdoors! Originally from Santa Cruz, CA, she moved to San Diego to attend SDSU in 2019 and has been practicing as a student at Riffs since 2022.
She received her 200hr certification at Riffs under the incredibly talented Robin Christ, who has spent her life deeply immersed in the yogic teachings. With a background in Anusara Yoga and philosophy, advanced Asana, and meditation, Kaitlyn teaches playful and intentional classes to allow students to further their personal practice and continue the practice of yoga off of their mats.

Vinyasa
This is an intermediate class and yoga experience is recommended.
Vinyasa is an active breath to movement practice that includes postures to create heat, build strength and flexibility. Advanced postures may be offered, though the class remains accessible to most who have some experience with yoga. This class incorporates binds, arm balances, backbends, and chaturangas.
