She embraces yoga as a tool for navigating life’s dynamic flows and dedicates herself to practicing both on and off the mat. During her classes, you will move with intention and practice forging a deep connection between mind, body, and breath. She keeps her classes creative and fun while maintaining the integrity of this sacred practice. Vinyasa
This is an intermediate class and yoga experience is recommended.
Vinyasa is an active breath to movement practice that includes postures to create heat, build strength and flexibility. Advanced postures may be offered, though the class remains accessible to most who have some experience with yoga. This class incorporates binds, arm balances, backbends, and chaturangas.
