Jonah Polkes
Jonah is a holistic health coach, nutritionist, and yoga teacher. He has been practicing for over 10 years. After a childhood filled with physical and mental health struggles, he turned to meditation and yoga as a practice of cultivating self love. Jonah believes yoga is more than just the physical practice, but an opportunity to build a happy home within the mind, nurture a positive self relationship, and surrender to the present. His intention is to spread love and peace, encouraging his students to slow down, listen to the body, and enjoy each passing moment. His fluid, creative, and authentic teaching style provides a safe space for students to explore while honoring the sacred practice.

Vinyasa
This is an intermediate class and yoga experience is recommended.
Vinyasa is an active breath to movement practice that includes postures to create heat, build strength and flexibility. Advanced postures may be offered, though the class remains accessible to most who have some experience with yoga. This class incorporates binds, arm balances, backbends, and chaturangas.

Vinyasa + Cold Plunge
**Bring your own towel and bathing suit**
Join us for a rejuvenating vinyasa flow followed by a refreshing cold plunge experience. The 45-minute vinyasa flow will build fire in the body and breath, preparing you to take the plunge in 40-45 degree water.
This class is a sneak peek of our upcoming fall program, which will include sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy.
Cold plunge therapy offers numerous health benefits, including reducing inflammation, boosting circulation, and enhancing recovery after physical activity. It helps to invigorate the body, improve mental clarity, and increase resilience to stress. Regular cold plunges can also support a strong immune system and promote overall well-being by stimulating the body’s natural healing processes.
