Two years ago, I lost my mom to pancreatic cancer. She loved practicing yoga, and through my practice, I feel a strong connection to her and have found it to be a powerful tool for working through my grief. Yoga has been a cornerstone in my healing journey, providing a space for meditation, reflection, and honoring the roots of yoga philosophy.
For the past three years, I have been practicing at Riffs Yoga Studio, where I also work at the front desk. This vibrant community has become my second home, and I cherish the relationships I've built here.
When I'm not on the mat, I love to be around people, surf and hang out at the beach, go on bike rides, take long walks, cook delicious vegan meals, and I enjoy camping and being in the mountains. These activities keep me grounded and connected to nature, bringing balance and joy to my life.
I look forward to guiding you on your own yoga journey, helping you find balance, peace, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Join us for a rejuvenating vinyasa flow followed by a refreshing cold plunge experience. The 45-minute vinyasa flow will build fire in the body and breath, preparing you to take the plunge in 40-45 degree water.
This class is a sneak peek of our upcoming fall program, which will include sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy.
Cold plunge therapy offers numerous health benefits, including reducing inflammation, boosting circulation, and enhancing recovery after physical activity. It helps to invigorate the body, improve mental clarity, and increase resilience to stress. Regular cold plunges can also support a strong immune system and promote overall well-being by stimulating the body’s natural healing processes.
